Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Architect Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining data architecture solutions for our organization. You will work closely with our data engineering, analytics, and business teams to develop efficient and effective data architecture strategies that meet our evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, database design, and data modeling, with a passion for data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design data architecture solutions to support them.
• Develop and maintain data architecture standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
• Design and implement data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support data storage and retrieval needs.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations to improve data quality and usability.
• Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models, ensuring consistency across all data assets.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data lineage documentation for all data assets.
• Identify and implement data governance processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to data engineering and analytics teams in the development and implementation of data solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data architecture, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture and database design.
• Deep understanding of data modeling techniques and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven track record of delivering data architecture solutions that meet business requirements.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
