Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists in the development and implementation of machine learning models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for machine learning solutions.
• Develop and maintain the machine learning infrastructure, including data pipelines, model training and deployment, and monitoring systems.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and recommend new tools and technologies to improve our processes.
• Develop and implement best practices for data collection, pre-processing, and feature engineering.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide guidance on how to best utilize machine learning solutions.
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques, such as deep learning, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
