Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT operations strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our company's IT systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that support the company's objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network solutions, to support business operations.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve IT operations and enhance the company's technology capabilities.
• Develop and maintain IT standards and guidelines for infrastructure, security, and disaster recovery.
• Oversee the deployment of new systems and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.
• Monitor and analyze IT operations performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT operations, project management, or architecture.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and security.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing IT operations strategies and solutions.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of IT professionals.
