About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Integration Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of various systems and technologies within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement efficient and effective integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of new systems and technologies into our existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to define integration requirements and develop integration plans.
• Design and develop integration solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of integration processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of integration systems and make necessary adjustments to improve functionality.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and project stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to system integration.
• Document integration processes and procedures for future reference.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to system integration and propose innovative solutions to enhance our integration capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems integration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies and tools such as ESB, ETL, APIs, etc.
• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Project management experience is a plus.
