As a Platform Architect Lead at Lobox, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our platform architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain the platform that supports our company's products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of technology, strong leadership skills, and the ability to think strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of the company's platform architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Develop and maintain the platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor a team of platform architects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Conduct regular reviews of platform architecture and make recommendations for enhancements or changes
• Ensure that the platform architecture is scalable, secure, and meets performance requirements
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of new features and enhancements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for the platform architecture
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of the platform
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical support when needed
• Identify and mitigate risks related to the platform architecture
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for the platform architecture team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in platform architecture design and development
• Extensive knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Knowledge of security best practices and data privacy regulations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in the sector is a plus
