Salary: $138 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Deployment Architect to join our dynamic team. As an IT Deployment Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with our development, operations, and security teams to ensure the smooth deployment of new systems and technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new IT systems and technologies that meet the business needs.
• Develop deployment plans and ensure the timely and successful deployment of new systems and technologies.
• Identify potential risks and issues during the deployment process and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Perform regular audits and assessments of the IT infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and support their professional development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth delivery of IT services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in IT infrastructure and recommend improvements to enhance the overall performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure the implementation of security protocols and procedures in all IT systems and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Deployment Architect or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying complex IT systems and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert are preferred.
