Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Automation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to our clients in implementing automation solutions to optimize their business processes. You will be responsible for leading and executing automation projects, from conception to completion, while ensuring that our clients' needs and objectives are met. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of our clients' business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
• Develop and implement automation strategies and roadmaps for our clients, aligned with their business goals and objectives.
• Design, configure, and test automation solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful implementation of automation projects.
• Provide hands-on training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of automation solutions.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions, making necessary adjustments and improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automation technology and proactively recommend innovative solutions to our clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation, with a proven track record of successfully delivering automation projects.
• Extensive knowledge of automation tools and technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to identify automation opportunities and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in automation tools and technologies are a plus.
