Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of all security systems, including but not limited to CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
Manage a team of security system technicians and provide guidance and training as needed.
Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of our clients, employees, and assets.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of security systems to identify and address any issues or vulnerabilities.
Stay up-to-date with technological advancements in the security industry and make recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.
Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and facilities, to ensure the integration and functionality of security systems.
Maintain accurate records of all security system activity, including incidents, maintenance, and upgrades.
Respond to security system emergencies and provide support to on-site security personnel.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for the purchase of security equipment and services.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing security systems, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including installation and maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with security industry regulations and standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
