Job Overview: As a DevOps Manager Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of DevOps engineers to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our company's infrastructure. You will be in charge of overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of our company's software and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Develop and maintain DevOps processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize performance.
• Manage the deployment of software and systems, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the DevOps processes and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and best practices, and make recommendations for their implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of DevOps engineers.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies such as CI/CD, automation, and monitoring.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
