Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Architect Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Network Architect Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's network infrastructure. You will lead a team of network architects, engineers, and technicians to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop network architecture for our company's infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
• Lead and manage a team of network architects, engineers, and technicians
• Develop and maintain network policies, procedures, and standards
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Ensure network security through the implementation of firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with other systems and services
• Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvement
• Provide technical support to other teams and end-users as needed
• Develop and maintain documentation related to network architecture, policies, and procedures
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with network standards and policies
• Participate in the planning and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for the network

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in network architecture and design
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications, such as CCIE, CCNP, or JNCIE, are an asset
