As an AI Development Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work closely with our team of data scientists and software engineers to build and deploy AI models that can solve complex business problems and deliver value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that can process large amounts of data and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to feed AI models with clean, structured data
• Identify and evaluate new AI technologies and tools to enhance our capabilities
• Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms and models
• Monitor and troubleshoot AI models in production to ensure optimal performance
• Continuously improve and enhance existing AI solutions to meet changing business needs
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and contribute to the company's thought leadership in this space
• Mentor and guide junior AI engineers to help them grow and develop their skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of years of experience in AI development, with a strong focus on machine learning and deep learning
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and techniques such as natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive modeling
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Hands-on experience with big data tools and technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
