Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive data visualization strategy for the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and identify key performance indicators (KPIs)
Design and implement data visualization tools and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data in a user-friendly manner
Conduct regular reviews of data visualization platforms and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements
Train and mentor team members on data visualization best practices and tools
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data visualization techniques to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of data visualization practices
Partner with stakeholders to identify data visualization needs and provide recommendations on how to best present data to meet their requirements
Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in data visualizations
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data is properly collected, stored, and integrated for visualization purposes
Communicate data insights and trends to key stakeholders and make recommendations for action based on the data
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality data visualizations
Monitor and analyze user feedback on data visualizations and make necessary improvements to enhance user experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data visualization, data analytics, or a similar role
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
Strong knowledge and understanding of data visualization best practices, including color theory, layout, and design principles
Experience in manipulating and analyzing large datasets
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex data to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with SQL, Python, or R is preferred
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multiple data visualization projects
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
