Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Specialist Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Specialist Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of cloud specialists to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our company's cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of cloud specialists to ensure efficient and effective operation of our company's cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and implement strategies for the deployment, management, and optimization of cloud services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve the performance and reliability of our cloud environment.
• Monitor and analyze cloud usage and costs, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with cloud service providers to ensure the timely resolution of issues and to stay updated on new features and updates.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and integrity of our company's data in the cloud.
• Train and mentor team members to continuously improve their knowledge and skills in cloud computing.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks within allocated time and cost.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks.
• In-depth understanding of cloud security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong project management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications in cloud computing are a plus.
