Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of data solutions for clients, including data warehousing, data lake, and data integration solutions
Partner with clients to understand their business goals and develop data strategies to support their objectives
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify data sources, and design appropriate data models
Conduct data analysis and develop data processing pipelines to transform and load data into the designated data platforms
Lead the development of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and privacy
Manage and mentor a team of data architects and developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
Stay up-to-date with the latest data technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for improving our data solutions
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and assist in troubleshooting complex data issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a similar role
Proven experience in designing and implementing data solutions, including data warehousing, data lakes, and data integration
Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling techniques
Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with data governance and data security principles
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
