Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Automation Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems that streamline processes and increase efficiency within the organization. You will play a crucial role in shaping our automation strategy and driving its successful implementation across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation solutions that align with the organization's objectives and business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and define project scope and objectives.
• Design and document detailed technical specifications for automation projects, including workflows, data mappings, and system integrations.
• Utilize industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our automation capabilities.
• Assess and evaluate the performance of existing automated processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead the development and deployment of automation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation systems, identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
• Train and mentor team members on automation tools and techniques, promoting a culture of automation within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation, with a proven track record of successfully delivering automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and technologies, such as RPA, AI, and machine learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with database management and SQL queries.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and adaptable with a strong drive to continuously learn and improve.
