Salary: $135 Per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Workflow Manager to join our team. As an AI Workflow Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end workflow of our AI projects. This role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies and project management skills to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex AI projects and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans for AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests, and meeting minutes.
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and allocation of resources.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders and provide updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize project workflows for increased efficiency and productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and trends and provide recommendations for the adoption of new tools and techniques to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the AI or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex AI projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Project management certification (PMP) is preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
