Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of AI strategy consultants and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities for AI implementation.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to assess the potential impact of AI on our clients' businesses and develop tailored recommendations.
Develop strategic roadmaps for AI adoption, including identifying use cases, creating implementation plans, and defining success metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build business cases for AI initiatives and secure buy-in from stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI technology and incorporate them into our strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to drive business development opportunities.
Coach and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in AI strategy consulting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on AI strategy.
Proven track record of leading successful AI strategy projects for clients in various industries.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business models and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and developing a team.
Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and robotics process automation.
Ability to think strategically and analytically to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
Experience in project management and delivering results within tight deadlines.
