Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of robotic systems, including programming, testing, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and requirements for robotic technology.
Develop and implement strategies for the integration of robotics into our operations, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment.
Oversee the installation and maintenance of robotic systems, ensuring their functionality and efficiency.
Train and supervise a team of robotics engineers and technicians.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of robotic systems, making necessary adjustments and improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for robotics technology.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in robotics technology and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within our organization.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors for the procurement of robotic systems and components.
Prepare and present reports on the progress and performance of robotic systems to upper management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in robotics engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong technical knowledge and experience with robotic systems, including programming and troubleshooting.
Proven track record of successfully implementing and integrating robotics technology into operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for robotics technology.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
