Job Overview: As the Data Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing data strategies that align with our business goals and objectives. You will play a critical role in identifying and implementing new data initiatives, as well as optimizing our existing data processes and systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making and ensure that data is leveraged effectively to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data strategies that align with our business objectives and drive growth.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
• Lead the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and data scientists.
• Develop data models and frameworks to support data analysis and reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track them.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve data collection, storage, and analysis.
• Oversee the data budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
• Communicate data strategies and initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data strategies.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
• Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with data management tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
