Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of AI product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI product innovation and differentiation

Define product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends

Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to create and deliver high-quality AI products that meet customer expectations

Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, product requirements, and technical specifications

Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers, making data-driven decisions to improve product functionality and user experience

Work with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging, as well as support product launch and go-to-market strategies

Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to drive their professional growth

Stay up-to-date with AI industry advancements and trends, incorporating new technologies and techniques into product development where appropriate

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on AI products

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI products from ideation to launch

Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision

Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Passion for innovation and keeping up with the latest advancements in AI
