Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of AI Operations Specialists in the development, deployment, and maintenance of AI systems
Monitor and analyze AI systems' performance, identifying any issues and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to develop and deploy new AI models and algorithms
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards
Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures for AI systems
Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners involved in AI operations
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed
Oversee budget and resource allocation for AI operations
Collaborate with senior management to develop AI strategies and roadmaps for future growth and expansion

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Extensive knowledge of AI development, deployment, and maintenance processes
Strong understanding of AI algorithms, machine learning, and deep learning techniques
Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Knowledge of data management and visualization tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Experience in project management and budgeting is a plus
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for AI systems is preferred
