Salary: $138 Per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Integration Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Systems Integration Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's integrated systems. You will lead a team of integration specialists and work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration of systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an integrated systems strategy for the organization, aligning it with business objectives and requirements
• Lead a team of integration specialists and provide guidance and support to ensure timely and efficient delivery of integration projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs and design solutions that meet business requirements
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify potential integration opportunities
• Develop and maintain integration standards and best practices, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all systems
• Oversee the testing and deployment of integration solutions, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to project timelines
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolution and implementing preventive measures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in integration technologies, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the organization
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to facilitate smooth integration processes
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding the progress of integration projects and any potential risks or issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems integration, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of integration tools and technologies such as API, ETL, middleware, and web services
• Strong project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in developing and maintaining integration standards and best practices
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in agile project management is a plus
