About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Automation Manager to join our dynamic team. The Cloud Automation Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated processes and workflows for our cloud infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated processes and workflows for our cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of automated processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to automated processes.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest cloud automation tools and technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for automated processes and workflows.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices for cloud automation.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with automation tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Working knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• AWS or Azure certification is a plus.
