Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Integration Manager Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Data Integration Manager Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the integration of data from various sources and systems within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless flow of data and support the organization's data-driven decision-making processes. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of data integration methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the data integration team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement data integration strategies and processes to ensure the efficient and accurate flow of data across systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and oversee the implementation of data models and data mapping to support data integration projects.
• Develop and maintain data integration standards and best practices to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Partner with IT teams to ensure the smooth integration of new systems and applications with existing data structures.
• Develop and maintain documentation of data integration processes, data models, and data mapping.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data integration technologies and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data integration, data management, or a related role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong technical expertise in data integration tools and technologies, such as ETL, SQL, API, and data warehousing.
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling and data mapping techniques.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
