Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement big data solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical expertise and guidance
Develop and maintain data architecture and data management strategies
Evaluate new technologies and tools and make recommendations for their use in our big data solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data models, and system architecture diagrams
Lead and mentor a team of developers and data engineers to ensure the successful delivery of solutions
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of big data solutions to ensure efficient and reliable performance
Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation of big data solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in big data technologies and make recommendations for their incorporation into our solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing big data solutions
Strong experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and NoSQL databases
Experience with cloud-based big data solutions, such as AWS or Azure
Proven track record of delivering complex big data projects on time and within budget
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data warehousing and data modeling
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and data engineers
