Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Security Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cloud security strategies and policies to ensure the protection of our organization's critical data and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, as well as lead the implementation of innovative security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cloud security strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Lead the implementation of innovative security solutions to protect our organization's data and systems.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of security measures, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security systems and tools.
• Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure the secure transfer and storage of data.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure the security of cloud-based services and applications.
• Communicate security policies and procedures to employees and provide training when necessary.
• Respond to security incidents and conduct root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud security management.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices, standards, and regulations.
• Experience with cloud security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSK are a plus.
