You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand our clients' needs and develop digital solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the digital systems team, including developers, designers, and other IT professionals.
• Develop and implement digital strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of digital systems, ensuring their functionality, usability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and develop digital solutions that meet clients' needs.
• Monitor and improve digital systems' performance, security, and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend new solutions and improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for digital systems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Manage digital systems' budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, leading digital systems development and management.
• Extensive experience with web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong knowledge of content management systems, such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
• Experience with programming languages, such as PHP, Python, or Ruby.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL.
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
