Salary: $138 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled IT Systems Architect Lead to join our dynamic team. As the IT Systems Architect Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex IT systems and solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of IT architects and provide guidance in the design and implementation of complex IT systems and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that supports the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify emerging technologies that can enhance our IT infrastructure.
• Ensure that all IT systems and solutions are in compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the evaluation and selection process of third-party vendors and solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other IT teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT systems and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within tight deadlines.
