Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Operations Specialist Lead to join our team. The Data Operations Specialist Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our data management systems and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. This individual will play a key role in driving our data operations strategy and implementing best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Data Operations Specialists and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success
• Manage the daily operations of our data management systems, including data entry, data cleansing, and data validation
• Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain data reporting and dashboards to track key performance indicators and communicate results to stakeholders
• Identify areas for process improvement within the data operations team and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data management and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Provide support for data-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Act as a subject-matter expert for all data-related inquiries and provide training and support to end-users as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of data management principles and best practices
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data reporting
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience with data migration, integration, and ETL processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing projects within tight timelines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
