Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of product specialists in the development and execution of AI solutions that meet business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers, to develop and implement AI products
Identify and assess business needs, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and development
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's AI capabilities and product portfolio
Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features to ensure timely and successful product delivery
Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product features and functionality
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
Monitor product performance and usage data to identify areas for improvement and inform product roadmap decisions
Train and mentor product specialists, providing guidance and support in their professional growth and development
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in AI technology, and incorporate them into product development strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the AI or technology industry
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI products from concept to market
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning, and computer vision
Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
