Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Architect Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Cloud Infrastructure Architect Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's cloud infrastructure. You will lead a team of talented architects and engineers to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our cloud infrastructure. This is a leadership position that requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions that meet business and technical requirements
• Lead a team of architects and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of cloud projects
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform cost analysis and optimization to ensure efficient use of cloud resources
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to cloud infrastructure and provide timely resolution
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Continuously research and evaluate new cloud technologies to identify opportunities for improvement
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, technical teams, and business users
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24/7 support when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code, automation, and DevOps principles
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent understanding of networking, security, and data management in the cloud
• Proven track record of designing and implementing highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant cloud solutions
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Certifications in cloud technologies, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are highly desirable
