Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of automation engineers to design, develop, and implement automation solutions for our clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategies to improve automation processes.
Conduct thorough analysis to identify opportunities for automation and create a roadmap for implementation.
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality automation solutions.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring the use of best practices and adherence to project timelines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and productivity.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring the delivery of cost-effective solutions.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on new automation tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong technical background in automation tools and technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML).
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering automation projects.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in project management and budgeting.
