Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Analyst Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Cybersecurity Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our company's network and systems. You will play a crucial role in protecting our company's assets and confidential information from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to safeguard our company's network and systems.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor network activity and investigate any suspicious or unauthorized behavior.
• Manage and lead a team of cybersecurity analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and developments to continuously improve our company's security measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure all employees are educated on cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and present reports on the company's cybersecurity posture to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and SIEM.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
