About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Program Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Program Specialist, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing various technical programs within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives that drive our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define technical program requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and deadlines.
• Monitor program progress and identify potential risks and roadblocks. Communicate updates and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct regular program reviews and provide status updates to management.
• Oversee budget management and ensure expenditures are within allocated budgets.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical teams and other departments.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical program management or project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating and managing complex technical programs.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
