Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Training Manager to lead our company's training program for our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both IT and training, with a passion for developing and implementing effective training strategies. As the IT Training Manager, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training initiatives. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure that our employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the IT department, including both technical and soft skills training.
• Work closely with the IT team to identify training needs and design training programs to address those needs.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and online courses.
• Deliver training sessions in a variety of formats, including in-person, virtual, and self-directed options.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that training materials are accurate and up-to-date.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in IT training and incorporate them into our training program.
• Manage the training budget and ensure that all training initiatives are delivered within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and manage the procurement of external training services when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT training, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, systems, and processes.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and other training tools.
• Certifications in training and development, project management, or IT are a plus.
