Job Overview: As an AI Implementation Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation of our AI solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for leading a team of AI engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that meet our clients' business objectives. This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of technical expertise in AI, as well as strong project management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and requirements, and develop AI solutions that meet those needs
• Lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists to design and develop AI models and algorithms
• Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including project scoping, resource allocation, and timeline management
• Work closely with clients to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with the AI solutions
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies into our solutions
• Train and mentor team members to continuously improve their skills and knowledge in AI implementation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI implementation, with a proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects
• Strong technical expertise in AI, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and Java
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve their full potential
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• A passion for innovation and a strong desire to continuously learn and improve in the field of AI
