Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions across multiple business functions, including but not limited to finance, operations, and customer service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity for automation and develop a roadmap for implementation.
Design, develop, and test automation solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies.
Serve as the subject matter expert for automation solutions, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with automation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented automation solutions, making adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in automation technology, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Lead training and knowledge sharing sessions to educate team members on automation solutions and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation development and implementation.
Strong knowledge of automation tools and technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI).
Proven track record of successfully leading automation projects from concept to implementation.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
