Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Implementation Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of various IT projects, ensuring their successful execution from start to finish. The IT Implementation Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement new systems and technologies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets for IT implementation projects.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather project requirements and identify potential risks and issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the project implementation process.
• Conduct regular project status meetings to ensure all team members are on track and address any roadblocks or concerns.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of new systems, applications, and technologies, ensuring they meet the company's needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and change management plans.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a lead role.
• Proven experience in successfully delivering complex IT projects from ideation to implementation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in managing project budgets and timelines.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, Agile) is a plus.
