Salary: $135 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security Manager Lead to join our dynamic team. As the IT Security Manager Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information security, including implementing and managing security measures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for keeping our company's data safe and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect company data and systems.
• Lead and manage a team of IT security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of security initiatives.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to information security, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all systems and processes.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, and develop incident response plans to minimize damage and prevent future occurrences.
• Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees, educating them on the importance of information security and their role in protecting company data.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of third-party systems and data.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of security systems and software.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of the company's security posture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and best practices (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).
• Experience with risk management, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
