Salary: $285000 - $352000

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Migration Lead Architect to join our dynamic team. As the Cloud Migration Lead Architect, you will play a critical role in leading the migration of our company's infrastructure and applications to the cloud. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to ensure a successful and seamless transition to the cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall cloud migration strategy and roadmap for the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement cloud infrastructure and application solutions
• Conduct thorough assessments of our current infrastructure and applications to identify potential challenges and risks during the migration process
• Develop and implement migration plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security, scalability, and performance
• Work closely with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and select the most suitable cloud services and tools
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team during the migration process
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the cloud infrastructure and applications, and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Develop and maintain documentation of the cloud architecture, processes, and procedures
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technology and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud architecture, design, and migration
• Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security concepts
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cloud migration projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
