Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Edge AI Specialists, providing technical guidance and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative edge computing solutions that meet the needs of our clients
Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in edge computing and artificial intelligence to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, helping them grow and develop their skills
Act as a subject matter expert in edge computing and artificial intelligence, providing guidance and support to other teams within the company
Participate in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, implementing them into our edge computing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, promoting our edge computing capabilities and building relationships with potential clients and partners

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in edge computing and artificial intelligence, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong technical background in edge computing, machine learning, and deep learning
Experience with edge computing platforms such as Azure IoT Edge, AWS Greengrass, or Google Cloud IoT Edge
Proven track record of delivering successful edge computing projects, from conception to implementation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in edge computing and artificial intelligence
Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and events as required
