Job Overview: As a Cybersecurity Coordinator Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our cybersecurity operations. You will work closely with our clients, team members, and senior management to ensure the implementation and maintenance of effective cybersecurity strategies. Your role will be crucial in protecting our clients' data and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect our clients' networks and data.
• Monitor and analyze security incidents and threats, and take necessary actions to prevent and mitigate potential risks.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify any weaknesses in our clients' systems.
• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of their duties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute security awareness training for employees.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide customized solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure the timely delivery of security services.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients on the status of cybersecurity operations and any potential risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, standards, and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, etc.).
• Experience in conducting security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
• Experience in the financial or healthcare industry is a plus.
