Position Overview: As the Machine Learning Manager Lead, you will play a critical role in leading and managing our team of talented machine learning engineers and data scientists. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our machine learning projects, from conception to deployment. This is a leadership position that requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the success of their projects.
• Develop and implement machine learning strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, define project requirements, and develop solutions that leverage machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Collaborate with data engineers and data analysts to ensure the quality and availability of data for machine learning projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, and identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies into our projects.
• Develop and maintain best practices for machine learning development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Act as a subject matter expert in machine learning, providing guidance and support to other teams within the company.
• Manage the budget and resources for machine learning projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong technical skills in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science.
• Experience managing and leading a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, as well as experience with tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
