Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the efficient and effective operation of all automated systems
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all automated systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and meeting performance targets
• Monitor and analyze the performance of automated systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize automation processes and workflows
• Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers of automation equipment and services
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all automated systems
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements related to automation operations
• Train and mentor team members on the proper operation and maintenance of automated systems
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the integrity and reliability of automated systems
• Prepare and submit reports on automation operations to senior management as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor���s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in automation operations, preferably in a management role
• Strong understanding of automation technologies and processes
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing automated systems
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to automation operations
