Job Title: Cloud Security Lead Manager

Salary: $138 Per hour

About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Cloud Security Lead Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Cloud Security Lead Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our company's cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT team to design, implement, and maintain security protocols and procedures for our cloud-based systems. This is a leadership position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of cloud security professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive cloud security program, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our company's cloud infrastructure and data
• Lead a team of cloud security professionals, providing guidance, training, and oversight to ensure the team's success
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in our cloud environment
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
• Monitor and analyze network traffic and logs to identify and respond to potential security incidents
• Conduct regular audits of our cloud systems to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement security controls for new cloud-based applications and systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in cloud security, and make recommendations for improvement to our existing security program
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of our company's cloud infrastructure and data
• Act as a subject matter expert on cloud security, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud security, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
• Extensive knowledge of cloud security best practices, frameworks, and regulations (e.g. NIST, ISO, CSA)
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and associated security controls
• Experience with security monitoring tools and techniques, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSK are highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of security professionals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
