Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Architect Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Technical Delivery Architect Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of complex technical solutions, working closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure the highest level of performance and satisfaction. This is a leadership position and requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of complex solutions
• Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing guidance and recommendations on the most effective and efficient solutions to meet their business needs
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and strategies to support business goals and objectives
• Conduct product research and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Identify potential risks and issues and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, and design and develop technical solutions to meet their needs
• Oversee the testing and quality assurance process to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, identifying areas for growth and development
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor���s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical delivery roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Proven experience in successfully delivering complex technical solutions, preferably in a consulting or client-facing environment
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools, such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker
• Previous experience in a client-facing role and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve their full potential
