Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage data strategy initiatives to support business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, define data requirements, and establish data governance policies.
Conduct in-depth analysis of data and present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Lead the development and maintenance of data models, data dictionaries, and data mapping documents.
Oversee the integration of new data sources and ensure data quality and accuracy.
Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance data collection, storage, and analysis.
Manage a team of data analysts and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
Monitor and evaluate data strategy performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure the achievement of goals and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data strategy and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data strategy, data analysis, or a related role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data strategies.
Extensive knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
Experience with data modeling and data governance.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
