Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality work.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance, to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex systems and applications, ensuring they meet the company's requirements and standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the development team.
Manage the budget and resources for the systems development team, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on time.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for the adoption of new technologies and tools.
Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management on the progress and performance of systems development projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of years of experience in systems development, with at least years in a leadership or management role.
Strong technical skills in software development, including programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to complex issues.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
