As a Cloud Automation Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of automation specialists and driving the development and implementation of cloud automation solutions for our company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop automation strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of automation specialists to develop and implement cloud automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and create automation strategies that align with company goals.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, templates, and workflows to streamline processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure smooth functioning.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest automation technologies and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cloud automation and recommend new tools and techniques to enhance our automation capabilities.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and promote career growth.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact the success of automation projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud automation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with cloud automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
