AI Deployment Manager Lead

Salary: $135 Per hour

Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions across the organization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop AI strategies that align with company goals.
• Manage a team of AI deployment managers and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and test AI models and algorithms.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for AI deployment projects, and ensure they are executed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI solutions, and make necessary adjustments to improve their effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest AI developments, tools, and techniques, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into the organization's AI strategy.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of deployed AI solutions, and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the AI deployment team, and provide mentorship and career development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI deployment and project management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, techniques, and tools, and hands-on experience in deploying AI solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering AI projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of agile methodology and project management tools, and experience in implementing them for AI projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome challenges.
• Passion for staying updated on the latest AI trends and developments, and a continuous learning mindset.
• Experience in managing and developing a team, and a passion for mentoring and growing talent.
